Oh wait, bet this is it... "photoshop programs???!!!", was removed by a multimedia forum moderator (shouldn't have left a redirect).
There wasn't anything wrong with what you posted originally, but most of the time when someone makes a thread talking about Photoshop, other people reply with a bunch of crap about illegal downloading.
And I had been going to say you weren't involved, but then I saw you replied encouraging it / joining in
"what do u sugest i use to download it i got bearshare right now"
So apparently the comments in your original post about "just boutgh photoshop elements" and "still have the funds to buy the actual photoshop" were untrue. At least it was better that way until you blew it in your second post, though.
To answer your original question "can i still make sig pics and things with elements????", yes, you should be able to do everything you need with Elements. Most of the additional features in the full Photoshop are only used by professionals and other advanced users.
And btw, stop overusing punctuation so much.

well ok that answers my questions. and just for the record i do have the funds to by the full photoshop and i have i have itunes and buy my own music im not one of those ppl that abuse the internet to download illegal programs and music. but i do have bearshare and thats only for downloading mix taps you cant find in stors or on itunes. and i do understand now, its ok i realize why u shut the thread down, i dont blame u so its all good and ill stop over puncuating.
