user with a title saying "Shady Individual - Beware"?

I saw a tag Shady Individual-Beware under somebodys username. Is that like an earned status thru being a bad seller buyer? Can somebody explain it just made me curious.

hey it was some guy who lied to a sponsor and said he didnt receive a shipment, when in reality he did, and tried to scam a sponsor for a second set of headers. He admitted it later on and the mods put that there as a reminder not to try to scam a sponsor or anyone else.

he tried to get away with **** and it didnt work. at least he owned up to it. thats more than alot of poeple would do.

Im never surpirsed by what people try to pull these days. Its outrageous. Perfect example, my is finishing up med school and works managing an Express clothing store in a local mall. People will come in with no recipts and clothes that are dirty, worn, and will be last years styles and will claim they just bought them the other day and lost their recipts. The best part is that its not like they are trying to exchange them or say they were poor quality and try to exchange them for a new pair, they actually want to return them and get their money back. Others will actually try to bargain with her....I mean there is a price on the tag, and they will bring the clothes over to the register and will be like "well they say $20 but I will give you $15 ok?"...my GF has to go over there and be like no this isnt a flea market, there are marked prices and thats how much they are. I dont know if people are just that stupid nowadays or they really think they are fooling people...
