how long and why did i get banned?

Default how long and why did i get banned?
i tryed to go to my ls1tech homepage today and it said i cant view this cus my account has been disapledd i was told to resize my pic and i did so im not sure if its still not the right size can someone help me out here plz,

my account that got banned was lightemupls1
