Fix for main page?
I have been seeing this for a long time, multiple computers
but since updating to IE7 yesterday this one no longer has
the malformed load problem.
Before I would get randomly a clean page (10%), a partial
with bits of code-gibberish text (80%) or just the banner
and blue backdrop (10%). Seems like a service timeout or
something, the way pieces were dropped. Sometimes even
would get the first chunk of subforums and not the rest,
etc. Not like they're variably present in reality, but seems
to be something keeping them from being found (in time).

I'll chalk it up to the automated security exploit and virus downloader ... er... Internet Explorer being the problem then, since it doesn't happen on any other browser on any other operating system...
