Default is there a way to search for two words together?

i'm trying to search for "low end." i tried with quotes and tried low+end but it keeps searching for threads that have them both but not necessarily together like i need.

If you use the Google search, it will do it if you use quotes.

"low end" will return threads that contain the two words together just like that

+low +end will return threads that have both low and end in them, but not necessarily together
