can't post a 4 sale

I have read all the stickys and the rules, I have been a member since Aug. 05 but did change my name, but with the new name a have 50 post, why won't it let me post a 4 sale thread?

I tried to post when I had 50 but it wouldn't let me so I ask why not? which put me at 51 and when I read all these quotes I tried again, I think they should say 51 posts. I just tried and my parts are now listed.

as i understand it, the agent or computation for eligibility purposes runs every couple hours, hence why it is not instantaneous.
