new post and search goes to google?

new post and search goes to google? i tried new post and advanced search, and both go to a google search of LS1Tech. tried both firefox and IE. it brings up google, with site:www.ls1tech.com in the searchbar. im guessing its just a temporary glitch.

I went to search user name and took me to google. 
This site get hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and always has problems You would thing they would take some money out of there pockets and make the site work! LOL I'm trying to buy some stuff and I cant find post

It gets switched to google under high loads so that folks can still browse the forum and post up and such.
Right now, the site is so active, that if we leave search enabled, the site crashes under high load.
And no, its not a "buy more servers" fix. We're maxing out vBulletin, which is the message board software that runs this site, and there is no off-the-shelf solution for what we're trying to do. Hence, lots of tweaks and re-coding. Stuff takes time.....
And by We, I mean Brains.

im really suprised there isn't a forum software for the massive boards that have emerged nowdays. vBulliten seems to be hte most popular, but it has its practical limits
it has limits mainly due to its lack of database support, and VERY inefficient mechanisms used to do a lot of stuff.
Brains has written a LOT of code to make it work as well as it does, and lots of things are in the pipeline. Just takes time.
