Why edit this?
We wanted to replace F-T-W with a phrase like "and I'm a homo", but the filter didn't work properly. True story.
That way the dorks that use the phrase would provide more reading humor. Example:
Go with the black Trans Am and I'm a homo.
Those turbos are sweet, much better than superchargers and I'm a homo.

I don't know why my thread about this topic was locked while this one is still up since mine was started first. But, anyway, I just wanted to add that although I also think FΤW is quite gay and I like the idea that it's filtered, something should be done about filtering the word SOFΤWARE. The tuning section is full of this word and is also mentioned at times in the multimedia section. Also, the sponsor wait4me for EFI Live has the word a few time in his signature which is now messed up because of this. It doesn't seem fair to him. Maybe a filter can be setup for SOFΤWARE to change it to SOFΤWARE and the FΤW filter won't have an effect on it. I don't know if that works or not. Or maybe change the FΤW filter so that it only works if there is a space before the F (not after the W because then an exclamation point will bypass the filter). Just my two cents.
