really, its kinda immature to do this crap with the filters at all, but its his board.. i do **** my way on my own boards, and i wouldnt want some random ****** telling me what to do either.. lol.

if you wanted to get into it, you could just make it a fix thing.. where you submit a post, and if something is incorrect... it highlights it in a preview, where you can be asked to fix it, or make it work.

ive only seen one board like that, but it didnt have alot of teh, cameros, or misspelled words.
On our local board it's the "cool" thing to do. Not a misstype at all. For example, there is a thread titled "Who wants to go to lunch" a typical reply would be "I am teh lunch." Meaning I'm in to go to lunch.

There is some extremely funny **** in here. A Llama might illustrate it better

My guess is there is to much time on a few peoples hands but I do hate the phrase.

When I read
" For the Motherfu$%ing Win"
it makes me think of Samuel L Jackson saying it and it's kind of funny but snakes on a plane was one the worst movies ever so even it has to be censored as well.

Ones things for sure, Nine Ball has a sense of humor

oh, im well aware whats teh funnah... but IMO i still wouldnt do it as its a CONTEXT type thing, not a spelling thing.

like i could say:
the quick brown fox jumped over teh fence and ran.

or i could say:

teh fox0rz jumped over teh fence for teh winz!!! w000t!

same message either way.. but one is just a misstype thats easy to read and overlook.. the other is the annoying webjargon we kinda dont want here.
that contextual type of change cant really be handled with just a filter.

although the standalone word 'teh' could probably be changed to 'the' without issue... assuming the filter does not effect it when its within words.
