Is there any way to space out the topics little more? I don't like them all bunched up together. Besides that it's fine now that I figured out how to make the font smaller

I agree, that huge font has to go.

Whoa, I just noticed the huge font on the main page as well. Definitely wasnt like that yesterday. The buttons at the bottom for "jump" "search" and one other one also got huge.

Another thing. When I click on a topic that I havent viewed yet, it automatically sends me to the newest reply since the last time I visited. Now thats all fine and dandy when it does that with threads ive already viewed, but with ones I havent viewed, its kinda frustrating scrolling back up to the top of the page so I can read the post from the beginning.

You now control the font size with your browser. Look for the font size selection under the "view" pull-down menu on your browser screen.

I like it.. gotta get used to it though.

Where is the admin section?? Just a few things need to get work out.. sorta confused with the whole "expand thread, flat, etc" stuff.. Im sure we will all survive

Oh, since there is a sig length limit it might be nice to put what it is in the sig section.. sorta hit and miss now (like "sig not to exceed 5 lines" or something)

Thanks for the hard work Tony

Steve, you have to be logged in to see the Admin section. If you hit "Main Index" above, you should see it as a moderator or administrator. Nobody else can see it.

Microsoft excell? If you want to change the look, try out the red/black style setting. You can select it in your "My Home" section on appearance settings. I will create more style settings later

I went into "My Home," etc., and I was already set to "classic," and I like it! I'm starting to notice the new features too. But you know what, LS1 Tech is such a VALUABLE resource, it would be great no matter the format.

What is "Text Area Columns" and "Text Area Rows" in the Preferences section of "My Home"?

I have changed the numbers in these two areas, but it don't look like it does anything.

I'm used to it now, i like the new features, and everything is "cleaner" than it used to be, and the new search rules!!! The only gripe now, is, it takes forever for me to post anything, and I'm on a cable modem. It used to be fast. Maybe it's just these initial stages, but it "seems" much slower to me. Likin the look though Keep it up Tony!

This sums it up for me. Pluse, i like the big font on the reply window (what I am typing in right now). We are all getting older. Rocks!

1. I like being able to search ALL forumns. That's awesome

2. I like the Who's Online :-) I'm nebby, lol. I wish more folks would not use anonomous :-)

3. I like the Classic LS1TECH look and the option to do so if I want.

4. I like the favorite post option so I can check back on a favorite post. :-)

5. Is there an E-mail notification option? I haven't noticed but that would be cool.

6. I kind of like everything about it so far. Good job.

7. How about some smilies :-)

Looks good

I like the new format; but some of the smaller things seem to not work.

* It doesn't "remember" my login info. I had to login twice today and didn't log off Internet Explorer.

* It doesn't send a "bleep" to let you know about a PM.

* The quote function doesn't seem to work.

* It's not any faster compared to the previous format; I have cable modem and no problems on any other sites. (I use my work website as a benchmark because it's ladden with alot of jpegs, layers,).

* The text font is too big when typing a post. I tried adjusting the text size on Internet Explorer with no change. I have to run my screen size as 600 x 800 because of the graphic programs I use.

* It doesn't have the thread "auto preview" function like VBB. I know, lazy but convenient.
