Default Tracking Cookies

Every time I come to this site I get a tracking cookie (bfast[2].txt). Whats up with that?

Thanks, If it's for internal use I'm not worried about it, but my Ad Aware program keeps reporting it as a "Data Miner" so I wonder what data is being collected.

I have no idea, but we'll look into it on Monday and figure it out... Thanks for reporting it.

Run your cursor slowly over the sponsors banners on the right and you'll see where that cookie comes from.

I think it's just to keep track of how many visit come from this site.

Well for what good it is I found it in 2 places on the main page by viewing the source code and searching for "bfast". Tire Rack has the first instance, and the second instance is on the last line of the source.
