First thing you see on the USER CP page is the threads you subscribed to.
You already have turned on your "show sig" in the Edit Options menu, but that link to your sig pic is all wrong:

You didn't read the sig sticky thread or you still don't understand it. Your sig pic needs to be hosted by a web site, not your computer.
Just go to photobucket.com or whatever, upload your pic and link it in your sig.
And make sure it is within LS1TECH.com size limits (500 x 150).
