Suggestion for when sending PM's.

Suggestion for when sending PM's. It'd be nice to be able to test a users inbox before sending them a PM. That way if it's full we don't waste our time writing a long PM then clicking send only to have it come back b/c their box is full. I've had this happen alot and it's annoying to say the least. Just a suggestion.
