By the way what is the DOT thing. Im a moron, I know. Im so happy that we are getting updated. Special thanks to Brains for all this hard work, its nice someone is out there to help out on something so many people enjoy for free. Thanks Brains.

yes, user name searching gives that result.
as well as other random search words in advanced search. "piston", "valve", "header" etc. i havent tried combos yet.

please make the search function a top priority! i myself use it more then any other feature on here!
oh and any chance you can enable it to go back for more then just 10 pages of results?

also, is there certain settings that make the site faster right now?

everything is loading ALOT slower for me then before! i'm not experiencing the the speed everyone else has mentioned.

ok maybe someone can shed light on the search feature? It is stupid the way it shows you percentages. And the way it shows you what is actually said in the thread. Also forum specific searches do not work now. Such as "ss spoiler" in the for sale.

Instead I get "ss spoiler" responses for people voting in polls etc.

 

the dot is when your at the forum section with all the topics if you look all the way to the left and see the little envilope it has a black dot for those that you have left a reply at. but now they have a arrow doing a back flip that almost resembles the locked thread if you glance it real quick. thta's why everyone wants teh dot back. we had it alooooong time ago then it went away. people started bitching that they wanted it back, it came back. now with the upgrade people are asking for it agin.

 

Same here, I've experienced a drastic slowdown since the upgrade......

 

I just did exactly what you said and it worked like a champ.

1. Click search, then click Advanced Search
2. Type "SS spoiler" in the terms box
3. Select Parts For Sale in the forum chooser box
4. Clicked search
5. Profit !!!!

Everything looks pretty good overall. Good Job!

I noticed on the Darkside skin that the "New Thread", "Post Reply", "Quote", "Multiquote", and "Quick Reply" icons seem fuzzy on the edges. The other skins don't show it so I'm guessing it's the white part of the gif that only shows up against the dark background. Not a huge deal, I'm sure it's always been there.

I've sent a couple of PMs and I noticed that I don't have the message tracking on it anymore when someon reads the PM you sent them.

 

quick question, i know u are updating the trader ratings... will they be reset? or the same rating when u get them back up from upgrading.
