Default When did the sig rules change????

I've had the same sig on here for months and months. Today a mod I never even heard of removes it and says I have some BS infraction point? What the hell is this? Infraction points? I have been a member of this board for years. I'm sorry to say it but some of this mods and rules are getting out of hand and are begining to dilute the experience of coming on this board....If you ask me if the sig rules changed, which I had no idea about a PM asking me to remove a line or two would have been fine......no need to delete the whole thing for a few extra lines of text...sorry hada vent

You should probably add "posting things in the right section" right under "learning the signature rules" on your list of things to do in the near future.

As far as I know, the max sig size has always been 500X150 or a max of 8 lines of text. I will double check to make sure this hasn't changed. Some mods don't catch the sigs if you don't post all that often. We can't really pm every person to let them know because that would take a lot of time. However, one warning isn't going to hurt. Just fix it and go about your business... nothing to worry about

And you still don't seem to follow the signature rules. Second delete with infraction.

Infractions are warnings that are logged by the system. Once so many infraction points are received by the member, further punishment will take place (ie: banning). It is automated and helps mods keep track of how many times a person has been told to stop doing something.

That is correct. You can have an image 500x150 with 3 lines of text or 8 lines of text without the image. If you are unsure about the size of your sig, right click on the image and check the properties. Images can be resized in PS and if you need help, you can always ask in the multimedia section.

Read the rules. Follow them. No one will touch your sig. Pretty simple really.
