Chat suggestion
Chat suggestion My suggestion is to have a chat room similar to the setup on www.katriders.com
It's what they call a shoutbox and it's a small chat box that's at the top of the home page. This site is large enough that there will always be people bs'ing and a lot of questions could be asked/answered that way instead of posting new threads that answered age old questions. Just a suggestion, I'm on katriders and love it!

We tried an ls1tech chat early in the site development, but found that we were losing valuable tech discussion to chat. We prefer the message board format, as tech info is stored for anyone that might seek it later on. With a chatroom, that stuff goes ~poof~ and is lost forever. Also, this site is busy enough that most questions get answered very quickly anyways.
