I put 315 tires on all four corners and I wanted to post some shots.

My files are "JPG" and are too big - 1.12MB

Do I need to reduce the file size; how?

Whats the screen size? I'm betting those are fairly large to be 1.2MB. Try making them smaller, to a size such as 800x600.

If that doesn't work, reduce the resolution, or the quality, of the jpeg. This can be done in Irfanview, Photoshop or Gimp.
