Can we increase number of responses per page?

Can we increase number of responses per page? I'm on a couple other forums that allow a "View All" button as well as 100 posts per page option. I know this site still as it set on 40 as a max, is there any talk or possibility of increasing that?

Maybe Brains can change it. I think it would be a good idea it may even cut down on bandwidth since the ads wouldn't have to be reloaded to get past 40 posts. The google ads would not get as many hits though. So maybe it is done to optimize the hits.

Sometimes it's easier to follow a long thread if you can read it all in one page. It's not like the old 56k dial up days where it would take too long to load.
Just a thought. I find myself having to go back and forth sometimes reading threads and it's annoying.
Again, just asking, I know other car sites like corvetteforums has 100 threads per page as an option and garagejournal.com has a set amount like here, but each thread that has multiple pages also allows a "view all" option in addtion to clicking on a specific page.
