Hey guys, we signed up as supporting vendors over a week ago.
Since then, I have only seen our banner come up once, and I am still listed as registered user, not a sponsor.

Any chance we can fix this up?

I have been in contact with Jason Bowland of IB but we dont seem to be getting anywhere....

Might try hitting up PSJ as a back up, he could at least gripe about making sure titles are changed.

Banner ad's are on a rotating/refresh basis. I've seen yours come up at least three times in the last two days if that is any consolation.
