banner I know im not the only one that thinks the mandatory wait time to read the banner sucks. I hate coming to this site and every other IB site and waiting 20-30 secs before being able to do anything , i dont care to read the banners, and i think its stupid for them to put in a time you have to read that banner before the page will load. Banners fine but dont make me read them. Before someone starts tripping about how they cant do that or dont do that, i dont want to here any of that , i would just like other people to sound off on this and make there voice heard.
Are you sure it's not just slow loading the pages on your end?

Get yourself a high speed internet connection.
LS1Tech loads almost instantaneously for me. There is
no wait time and there is no requirement to view banners
prior to searching, posting, scrolling, etc.

Depending on where(and how) they call the scripts to load the banners, if you are on a slow internet connection, you might have to wait until they are done loading for the other elements to load. For the rest of us on high speed internet, it's not an issue.
