Feeler: 98 White Trans Am. Drag Built. Roller.
*UPDATE 1/4/09* going to get the car running and registration complete and all that jazz until I officially sell it. thanks for looking everyone, keep in touch
Bought the car with a blown LS1 and just lost interest in finishing the project. This TA here is set up as an automatic.
Some info...
1998 Trans Am. White.
Moser 12 bolt, 33 spline
QA1 12 way adj all corners
BMR, Random Technology, & Hotchkis suspension, (LCA's, panhard, subframe, torque arm, etc)
Racetronix fuel pump
6 pt roll cage
Driver side Corbeua racing seat w/ Gforce harness, stock passenger leather seat
Full interior except for rear seats
Drilled/Slotted rotors
Kooks 1 7/8" headers into hi-flow cats
Manual cutout behind cats
Borla catback
Raptor hood
Polished Y2k wheels
White gauge overlays
A/F & fuel pressure pillar gauges
Will come with Dry NOS kit
I think there is mid 140k miles on the chassis, I would have to hook a battery up to verify that. I am the 2nd owner of the car and it's never been in a car accident.
I'm sure there's some other info I'm missing but this is more of a feeler thread for now. I don't have any pictures of it since I purchased the car in August, as it has sit in the garage on jackstands ever since. The car is a good shape. Though it has some paint peeling around the front license plate area, and I think there is the common spidercrack on the back bumper. Other than that she could use a good detail and she'd look sharp!
$5500 and I will include full set of Weld Draglites w/ tires
$6500 with transmission setup (built 4L60E, TCI 3400 stall, & TCI deep trans pan) & Weld Draglites w/ tires
$8300 for everything I have for the project. That will include the blown LS1 (which has the cam, Fast 90/NW 90, 5.3 heads, Ford red top injectors, etc all that good stuff and the pcm/harness), the transmission setup, and I will also add the used LS1 shortblock I got to replace the blown one with. All you'd need to do is swap top end parts over and install and she should run great. The pcm is already tuned for these mods as well. This setup should be good for low 11's on motor and high 10's on the bottle.

not interested in selling anything currently on the car (hood, 12 bolt, exhaust, QA1's, etc).
also I'm going to try and get a few pics of her as she sits in the garage tonight (for those that I owe them to). thanks for looking
