LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

This 2001 SS convertible is only one of two made with the sunset orange metallic paint, tan interior and tan top. There were 37 six speed cars built but only two were ordered just alike from the same owners for a husband and wife. I have all documentation on the car, birth certificate, all rpo codes build sheet and so on. It isn't a daily driver but has 54k miles on it. Had the engine totally redone about 10k miles ago. The usual heads cam, headers and so on (list of mods to come). Found out it came with a LS6 (z06) block and that's another rare fact on the car. All engine work was done by Williams Performance out of Mooresville, NC. This is my 3rd child and I still love the car but kinda thinking about a Z06 or Cobra. It has over 15 thousand dollars in mods and labor on the car. I have most reciepts. It put down 460rwhp and 407rwt on the dyno. Everything works great on the car, front tires are brand new back need replacing soon and it's a blast to drive. Car has a few small chips in it but nothing terrible, paint is excellent and beautiful. Oil gets changed every 2500 miles. This is a cruiser not a track car so if you want it for that keep looking elsewhere. Call or e-mail if interested or call (704-905-7177. Here's the list of mods, I'll try to remember everything. Here's production # http://www.camaroz28.com/articles/01...rs/index.shtml
Engine: Has close to 10,000 miles on it now since it was totally redone.
AFR 205 Heads milled .030 thousandths with valvetrain APR headbolts, Kooks Longtube Headers with cats,G5X2 cam(232/240. 595./609. 114lsa), Fast ported 90mm intake with a Nick Williams 90mm Throttle Body, Fast toys ram air, LG aftermarket airlid,
85mm Mass Air Flow Meter, SLP exhaust with Magnaflow Muffler, Walbro 255 fuel pump, cometic .040 head gaskets, LS4 oil pump, 30lb SVO injectors, Manley Pistons,, main bearings and rings are all brand new. Have to find the sheet to tell ya what brands they are. Also has a LS7 clutch set up that also has 10k miles on it now.
Suspension
BMR lowering Springs, Bilstein Shocks, UMI adjustable panhard, UMI Lower Control Arms, DG Subframe Connectors.
Brakes:
Cross Drilled and Slotted Rotors with HPS Hawk pads and stainless Steel brakelines. Calipers are paint sunset orange to match the car.
Interior and other stuff:
Hurst Short Throw Shifter, AEM Digital Oil Pressure Gauge, AEM Digital Wideband gauge(which is acting kinda funny right now) both on the a-pillar, 12 disk in the trunk, power seats, power top, leather interior in excellent shape, no rips or anything, tinted windows (20% ) Chrome Camaro inserts on the back valence
Wheels and Tires:
Chrome C5 Z06 rims 17 inch on the front with Nitto 555 275/40/17s, back are 18X10.5 with BFG KDW2 295/35/18's

So is this one of those "if you have to ask what it cost, you can't afford it" type things?

OR- What's the price man???

Well that's my old neighbors house. The pic with my top up was my old house and yeah my *** cheeks would be off the seat. If I had my wife in the car I'd make her get out before going down the hill. I would of had a Z06 way before now but my driveway prevented me for it. New house has a flat one.

There will be somebody that will pay what I'm asking. Someone that is looking for a rare car in excellent condition. I sold a 98 Z28 that was just the same condition with less mods and alot more miles for 13,500 in 2004 so I'll take my chances. If nobody buys it then I'm happy with that too cause I love driving it still. Thanks for the interest and the bump.

I remember seeing pictures of this car when I was 16. It was the only thing I wanted.

Good luck with the sale!

This car is SO nice. Even without the rarity i think this car is worth it based on the mileage, quality of parts, and amazing cleanliness of it.

Matt I was passing through NC a few weeks ago and stopped in to say hi to Nick. I think I might take another trip out that way sometime soon. We should all go out for a beer.
