LS1 ,6 Speed, 9”Rear.Total frame off restoration.3300 miles
Body-
Totally redone. New full quarters,New complete door shells, New fenders, New super sport hood, complete new trunk floor and body mounts, New rear tail panel,and Uerathane Body mounts. Dupont base coat,clear coat, Chrysler Inferno Red. Painted June 2006
All new emblems,super sport grill,hood louvers,front and rear moldings,door handles,wiper arms, front parking light assys, rear taillight lenses and moldings and rechromed front and rear bumpers.New 8 piece tinted glass,New wing window assys.
Frame and suspension-
Frame sand blasted,boxed,Gusseted at rear crossmember, and painted with Por 15. Custom motor mounts and trans crossmember.
Rear Suspension- New Moog springs, BMR Lower and Upper adjustable control arms,Uerathane bushings,Hotckis sway bar, and KYB shocks. All new drum brakes,hardware,wheel cyls, and drums.
Front Suspension-Hotchkis tall spindle upper control arms, tall spindles, Hotchkis 1“ lowering springs,all new Moog front end parts, Addco sway bar, KYB shocks.Caprice cop car steering box.
12” 1LE rotors,new calipers and hoses. Dual master cyl and power booster.
Engine- 2000 LS1,59,000 miles, Texas speed camshaft, Comp Cams pushrods, Comp Cams springs and retainers, new complete LS6 intake,injectors and throttle body, Msd coils and wires, and K&N filter. 140 amp Powermaster alternater. Afco polished radiator and Spal fan.
Transmission- 2000 Fbody 6 Speed, 59000 miles, carbon blocker rings,billet keys, bronze fork pads and a couple new shift forks. McLeod Slave cylinder, Ram clutch and pressure plate, Ram Billet flywheel. Pro 5.0 shifter, 1350 series input yoke and heavy duty driveshaft.
Rearend- New Moser 9” housing and 31 spline axles, Auburn Pro series posi, Precision 4.10 gears, all new Timkin bearings, 1350 Billet yoke. Rear is 2” narrower than stock,uses 9” ends for chevy backing plates.
Exaust- Coated Flowtech F body headers, 3” exaust, mandrel bent tailpipes, Flowmaster 50 series mufflers.
Fuel system- New sumped gas tank, Aeromotive fuel pump,filters and regulator, Fast fuel rails, and Mr Gasket push lock hose and fittings.
American Racing Torque Thrust D wheels. 15X8.5, 15x7. Bfg Radial TA tires, 275/60/15 and 215/70/15
Interior- Custom tweed interior, custom built center console, Covans dash, Autometer Cobalt guages,Kenwood stereo,4 Alpine speakers, 2 10” subs, 2 amplifiers, Vintage air heat and air conditioning. Trunk is also finished in tweed and carpet, Optima battery in a Taylor aluminum box.

Steering Gearbox Question I am in the process of dropping a 2004 LS6 and T-56 from a CTS-V into my 1966 Chevelle. The factory power steering box will not clear the alternator. What steering box did you use? or did you change the alternator mounting?
