Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): IL

LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

***Well, here's the deal. Pulled the car out on Saturday and washed it then took it down to put a few bucks worth of gas in it. On the way back home from the gas station (about three blocks from my house) I lost oil pressure and the motor started to make a little noise. My guess is that oil pump crapped out and needs to be replaced.

Now, I put this in my ebay ad so I'm sure that no one will bid on it for that price and I really don't want to mess with this car anymore so any mechanically inclined people could get a great deal on this car or even if it had to go into the shop to be fixed it shouldn't cost all that much I wouldn't think. Infact I'm going to contact Larry at Speed Inc to have a quote for a few different possable fixes just incase there might be some damage.

I know that some people really wanted this car but couldn't swing all of the money so this may be a chance to get a better deal. I thought about just parting it out but I really don't have the room to let it sit untill all the parts are sold.

I will now listen to all SERIOUS offers but please still be reasonable. If someone is serious and wants to trailer the car to a shop to have them survey the damage before they bought it, that would be fine by me but at your expense.

Thanks and please only contact me if this car intrests you, you can afford it, and are serious. I'm getting to the point where I just want to make a recording of the parts to play for tire kickers on the phone.

Ryan***

Ok, for sale is my 99 camaro z28 that I've owned for a little over a year.

This car ran great untill the oil pressure incident and made 625 rwhp at 10psi. This car would be a great car for someone who may be mechanically inclined enough to pull an engine and has the room to do it.

Car may just need an oil pump wich would be around $700 installed, cheaper if you do it yourself.

If it spun a bearing it would be around $3000 to get it fixed, less than half that if you pulled the motor and did the labor yourself.

I don't have the room, time, or money to get this car going now and have lost intrest in it and just want to unload it. Not trying to hide anything here and not trying to take anybody on a ride. This would be a great opertunity for someone who is good with cars to get a great car at a great price.

Id like to get around $14,000 for it the way it is right now and even if you took it to the shop, dropped it off and picked it up all fixed, you'd have a great car for still way under my original asking price.

Please NO TRADES, NO CRAZY LOWBALL OFFERS, and if you have no possable way of getting this car, please don't call me and waste my time and yours.

I'm wanting to get rid of this car soon and will maybe be listing it on Ebay again in he next week or so.

Thank you all,

Ryan

Nothings for certain. I shut it down as soon as it lost oil pressure but I can't guarentee there's not further damage, hence the cheap price.

I'm definatley not here to screw anyone over, just sick of the car and spending money on it when I should be spending it on my family....The car was an impulse buy and trust me I hear about it from my wife every day

Why? You interested or just asking?
