I ran the tires that are on it now, added a little weight to the rear, kept the traction control on, and went wherever I wanted. I promise, it does just fine in the snow.

If you are crazy worried about the snow, buy a smaller set of spare wheels and mount snow tires on them for winter use only. Honestly for a truck like this I would recommend that anyway. BTW I'm from Michigan originally

Well I have a backup car, but my original idea was to buy a C5 or C6 and sell off my backup in favor of a Grand Cherokee for winter use.

I'm coming down to Nashville in the next three weeks. Next weekend is the 4th, the following I'll be moving, and the third I should be down in TN visiting.. maybe we can meet up.

I wouldn't mind one bit, just let me know a date. I'm a firefighter, and work every 3rd day, so I have plenty of time off. The weekend you're talking about should work, as we'll be in Chattanooga on the 10th and 11th, and are then leaving for FL on the 31st.

What kind of numbers did it put down? I had an 07 TBSS 2WD and loved it. And with just a tune from one of the best LSx tuners in the country I made some crazy big numbers and it was so fast with the tranny changes. I would never get the awd version. They are junk and slower. Whoever buys this SS will be very happy
