How does a mint BMW 330Ci 2004, Black + some cash sound?

Oil was changed last week.
It has an SMG transmission, leather seats, sport package, harmon kardon sound package, sun roof, heated seats, woodgrain trim.
The car is valued a little over $20k for the condition its in.

(The car has been detailed, interior and exterior every year since it was bought in '04. It's also garaged every winter, It's being put in the garage next week for good.)
Remember, mine has the 18" alloy wheels with the sports package and sun-roof.
I do have some pictures, I'll get my camera and upload them soon!
34,655 miles to be exact. I still drive the BMW everyday so I'm assuming I'll reach 35,000 if you end up taking the trade. I drive a Truck in the winter, I live in IN so we'd have to work out some sort of deal.
I'd give you the BMW + what? does $3k-$4k sound good?

The car is wonderful!
Was in 1 accident though.
The BMW has been detailed every year, interior and exterior. When we took it to the BMW dealership they told us we had the cleanest undercarriage they've ever seen on a 6 year old car. The interior looks brand new, carpets nice, seats have been conditioned. No cracking, ect.

The car fax shows that the car was rear-ended with minor damage to the bumper. Since then the rear bumper has been replaced and repainted. That was the only damage.
