dont mean to be an ***, but ive been trying to sell a 98 formula thats kindve the yang to the ying of your minty fresh example here i.e, its got twice the mileage on the body and nowhere near as clean, but has a drivetrain with a quarter of the mileage and 430rwhp/390ftlbs. Now i believe that a car like yours is worth more (if you can find someone hunting for a clean car) but ive been trying to sell mine at $7500 and its been slow so far...

Jay im in Morris county (Rockaway if you know where that is, near morristown, parsippany etc)
