It is 100% drivable, I believe what he meant by un-finished is It doesnt have nitrous on it like originally planned and it never got a 9" transplant either.

who did the engine build, and what kind of #'s should it run in the 1/8?

me and cape ta did the build. all parts and machine work was done bye mike lough. not really sure what to say it would run. its always seemd to be pretty healthy but im not reall sure what to say it would run.

Should run mid to bottom 7s in the eighth, throw a 150 shot on there and 6's easy.
