LS Engine?: Car has other engine

Got an 04 Monte SS/SC for sale 8,500 firm as is. Car is red with black leather interior. Power everything, heated seats, flat black accents on the rims and body molding. Mileage currently at 101k miles. Has a few modifications as follows- 4" straight fenderwell intake, 3.4 intense modular pulley system, ZZP catless downpipe, Resonator removed, 180 thermostat, throttle body spacer, and ZZP PCM. Has wiring for stereo system but does not come with the vehicle except for the cd player and the $120 harness for 04+ gm and JL vr speakers. Will need an amp to work the speakers or just rewired. Will also include factory amp and cd player. Also Tranny was rebuilt at 85k miles. Runs great never had any problems with it, just looking to buy an avalanche. Maintenance always done regularly mobil 1 synthetic and pureone filter every 3k miles, fuel filter changed yearly as well as tranny filter along with drain and fill.

Now for the bad... speedometer does not work properly, have the part to fix it however. Passenger side fender has a dent but still looks decent. Sunroof sticks a little but still works just have to click the button a few times maybe just needs lubed. Tire pressure light comes believe they just need recalibrated. Finally it is a salvage titled car but was done professionally and looks great. According to NADA car clean retails for $10,900 and most banks consider a salvage title car 80 percent of worth according to our local banks anyway. Will say though through experience most banks do not ask if the car has a clean title or do a car fax. The title does read clear title on paper however due to being sold from state to state so it would be up to you if you wanted to tell the bank. Which some banks will not loan money for a salvage title car so it is completely up to you. I do not condone this but am merely stating to those that are curious about their options. This is everything i can think of off the top of my head. Post up if you have any questions car is located at Sioux City, IA 51106.... thanks for your time.
