LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

After some heavy thinking and private messaging on this forum looking at possible trade options I figured I would go ahead and post this out here on the forum to see what interest I could get.

Currently I have a daily commute to work of 60 miles a day round trip. 60 miles a day, five days a week adds up on a car like this and also on gas cost; I'm looking to swap into something more daily driver friendly. Looking at current KBB on this car with the mileage it gave me private party $11,340 good and $12,090 excellent. Add in the cost of the below mods and I feel my asking "value" of $13,000 is very fair.

Heads and Cam were done at 72,000 miles. At 80,000 miles I had all new brakes / pads / rotors done, all new tires, complete overhaul of the A/C system (previous owner gutted the A/C system and lines!), and a complete maintenance of the power steering system (new high and low pressure lines included).

On the A/C system, previous owner removed the high and low pressure condenser lines, evaporator, compressor, condenser, etc. So I replaced everything including from the dealer lines (expensive).

On the power steering system, due to the header install the transmission cooling lines had to be moved so they wouldn't rest on the headers. Seems that caused that line to sit to close to my high pressure power steering line which is smaller and thinner. Over time due to vibration/movement/rubbing the high pressure power steering line ended up getting a hole in it which course started leaking which got more noticeable over time. Went ahead and replaced the high pressure line only to have the lower pressure line fitting leak so i replaced that line too (again original OEM lines from the dealer).

Car has been great, actually more than great. This thing has never left me stranded, any starting issues, no strange running issues, nothing. I put gas in it weekly, change the oil every 3000 miles, air the tires, check fluids, and clean the K&N filter. That's it.

Quick spec list below and a couple of pictures that I have online right now.

Mods:

K&N Cold Air Intake
Texas Speed stage 2.5 PRC LS6 heads w/ ARP head bolts
Comp 918 Valve Springs (good for .625 lift)
Texas Speed Torquer V2 (232/234 .595/.598 116LSA)
Pacesetter LongTube Headers
X-Pipe with SLP LM1

spicebird98 it is the stock torque converter, cam is small enough not to cause any surging or lunging with the stock converter. I don't race and the stall converter would only make my gas mileage worse, on that note though I do average 18.5-19mpg mixed city/hwy.

I see the hood, grill inserts, etc upgrades. What rear fascia does it have - single outlet or dual?

Interest in a partial trade + cash ?

Nurkvinny thanks for the offer but I'm looking for something more daily commute friendly. Interested in a newer Cobalt SS, VW 2.0 Tubro Diesels (GTI, Jetta, etc.), and also Honda Civic Si's. Just let me know what you guys have.

It does have an 05 hood with the grill inserts, has the stock 04 rear bumper with a single outlet dual tip. It does have true full dual exhaust with an x-pipe that comes back together to dual tips out the single outlet spot (give it the factory 04 look).

Thanks!
