81k highway miles. i drove 100mi/day just to/from work 5 days a week, and ive driven it to maryland twice(7hr each way), and have driven it to missouri (10hr each way). Last summer it was my good weather DD, and i loved every second of it. the gas mileage actually isnt too bad, i avg about 16mpg city and 24ish mpg highway.
mods are:
BBK LT's,ORH, flowmaster single chamber mufflers (its quite loud
)2.9 upper pulley, 4lb lower, 3pc metco idlers w/ alt pulley
New supercharger belt
HID Headlights and foglights
K&N CAI
mobil 1 synthetic, change every 4k miles or before
front tires - 90%, rears - 80%
SPEC 2+ clutch with upgraded FRPP HD Throwout bearing (15k miles)
new:
rear diff seal, rear diff lower mount, rear diff bushings, supercharger belt(and comes with an extra), two idler bearings, two coil packs, etc. i know im forgetting some things, but i have the receipts. Anything wrong was replaced under warranty, which just expired about a month ago.
It runs great, doesnt burn or leak any oil whatsoever, and i wouldn't hesistate to drive it across the country. interior is in good condition, i keep it clean. car has never seen any salt and if you plan on introducing it, i wont sell it to you ;-).
cons:
-has some typical rock chips on the hood and front bumper, nothing too bad.
-front bumper was repainted for rock chips but doesnt match perfectly, most people can't tell though.
to be honest ive always been a gm guy. owned a few fox bodies but other than that its always been GM. This car changed my perspective, its my favorite out of all my past vehicles (45+). It hurts to sell it but i need to focus on getting a house, tired of renting. Ask any of my friends and theyll tell you i drive like a ***** because i love this car too much to beat on it. its NEVER been WOT in 5th gear, ive never launched it from a dig, never ran it at the track, and honestly never even did a good burnout with it!
OK sorry for writing a book, just wanted to make sure all the details were there although im sure i forgot some.

LS1 z28/trans am + at least $10k
LSx fox body + cash.

yep agreed. i dont think 15 is lowballing. some people dont mind paying retail i guess.but this sight is for mostly middle class folks. and we all know whats happening to middle class...lol. i was buying well built 99 camaros with tranny and rear ends 4 yrs ago for 16k 17k. all 450 to 500 rwhp and 50 60k miles super clean.seems cause this country is in the ******* so bad people for some reason are wanting a ton more for there cars and holding out.for each his own.nice cobra budd. good luck. oh ya,cars priced on e bay with no reserve shows the true market on what people are actually paying. nationwide

Ill trade you a 99 SS 6spd 61k miles, and a 04 Ranger ext cab FX4 Level II 4" lift, 35" tires 100k miles. Both drive like new and are well maintained.

Free bump man. Good looking Cobra. I love competition orange. Its one of my favorites along with sonic blue and torch red. I went from an fbody to my Cobra and love it! Good deal, glws
