1990 Turbo Miata MX-5 *PRICE DROP THIS WEEKEND ONLY*
Year: 1990
Make: Mazda
Model: Miata
Price: $5000
Mileage: 83000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): GA
Color: Black
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has other engine
This car is amazingly quick and nimble in the curves. These were 93HP from the factory and this one dyoned at 217HP to the wheels at Top Speed in Alpharetta.
I am also asking $5000 OBO for the car.
The car drives great and is great on gas even with the turbo. I just replaced the front breaks and I also have another complete rear bumper to go with the car. You can text or call me at 706 344 2878 or PM me here.
Here are the specifics:
The good:
- Converted to 1.8L engine swap (1996 motor) (83K miles on engine)
- Upgraded Limited Slip Differential with better acceleration gearing (1996 LSD) (58K miles on LSD)
- Axels and Driveshaft from 1999 Miata
- 6 speed manual transmission (From 2002 Miata)
- T25/T28 Hybrid Turbo, Currently running 12 PSI
- Autometer Boost Gauge and Air Fuel Ratio Gauge
- APEXI AFC NEO (Tuning Computer)
- Zero ohm racing plug wires
- 2.5 inch Intercooler piping
- JDM Medium size front mount intercooler
- Full 3 inch exuast with only high flow Cat, no muffler, perfect split to dual exhaust
- Eibach Springs and Bilstein Shocks
- Greddy Type RS Blow off valve
- Convertible top
- Zip down rear window
- Tinted windows (2.5%)
- Short Throw shifter
- ADT Racing Clutch
- Light weight Flywheel
- 440cc Injectors installed
- 17 inch black with chrome lip wheels, two have minor curb rash
- Lowered
- Rear wheel drive (RWD)
- Bigger Brake swap on all four to 1994 size brakes
- Tires are all relatively new
- Keyless entry with alarm
- I just bought two new seats and harnesses to replace the factory seats
The not-so-good:
- Blows air and heated air, A/C removed
- Converted to Manual steering
- Front, Rear, and Side Skirts body kit are in ok condition. I had planned to remove the entire body kit and put the body back to stock.
- Flat Black paint, looks great from a few feet back, but anyone particular will eventually want to repaint it.
- Radio Head unit does not work
- The instrument cluster trim piece is broken. This is common on Miatas and can be replaced for $80.00
