Things I've had done or changed:
SLP air box
Painted red calipers
Drilled & slotted rotters
Rear end (axles, bearings, gears, etc) was completely replaced under warranty about 10k miles ago
Both window motors were replaced under warranty about 10k miles ago
Skip-shift eliminator is installed
Short shifter is installed
Metal frame holding shift boot replacing plastic POS factory one
"Trans Am" logo lights red above car stereo
Kenwood stereo that also supports bluetooth hands free calling - factory steering wheel controls WORK
New speakers and subwoofer, sound great
Pop-up headlight plastic gears were replaced with brass ones
Flywheel and clutch were replaced about 10-15k ago
About 2 years ago I had the entire interior soundproofed professionally. Car still has some road noise but it's much better then before.

Full disclosure on broken/weird stuff:
Power steering hoses need replacing
Front passenger speaker cuts out at low voltage. I think a larger cap or another battery may fix this.
WS6 badge on the back fell off. I have it, but it needs to be put back on.
Paint on side mirrors is starting to fade
Some of the window tint is scratched on the side windows.
Drivers side visor fell off. I have it, but it needs to be replaced or fixed.
