this thing was on craigslist not too long ago for way less than 10k, it was 6500 or 7k.

Referring to the quote below from the thread you bought it from, have the back seat and seat belts been replaced or fixed? Does it also come with the window and parts listed below, since this was recently. Also, what's up with the driver side window switches in your pic? Is it broke or just popped up and need snapped back?

no on the rear setbelts or backs guess I shoulda said that, I have a new window the one in it works fine, just lose or something and the switches are poped out and the clips are busted or something...

also comes with a brand new y pipe, and set of heads I was going to have ported and installed... and a b&m pro stick shifter, and a few other misc parts, auto tap, i have extra walbro 255/trex pump,

What would be wrong if he was trying to make a little cash on the car? As long as he isnt lieing about things wrong with it and some one isnt forced to buy it I say go for it.
