Just keep the car and start modding it for race season!! It's in way to good of shape to be getting rid of, and them being as rare as they are is just another plus! You already regret selling the SS don't regret selling the vette too.

I still have a 55k mile pewter SS, lot of mods, no tranny. Have a 30k mile 4l80e and 9.5 converter I would let go with it. Nice car, just no time to put it together....
