1989 Trans Am GTA 350 TPI auto with minor mods in Minnesota. Starting at 3200

I'm getting fed up with this car. It needs work that i don't have time or money to keep doing right now, and i'm thinking i just need to part with it as much as i don't want to.

Reason's for selling:
Don't have a place to store/work on it
Needs an oil leak addressed that i've attempted once, and it didn't work
Don't have the funds right now to keep trying to fix it
Needs some rust work that i am also not capable of repairing, and don't have the money for a shop to fix either.

As the car sits right now, it does not run. Reason being is that there is an electrical issue. Hoping to figure that out before the weekend is over.

However, i would like to keep the torq thrust rims that are currently on it, but if you really want them then shoot me an offer. Like i said though, i don't want to get rid of them so it'll have to be a high offer

The good:
Engine rebuilt, replaced most major gaskets, excluding heads and valvetrain. But i do have those gaskets to throw in with the car. When we had the oil pan off, the cylinder walls looked very nice and clean, the inside of the engine was surprisingly nice.
Trans flush
Coolent flush
New plugs
New wires
Rear axle fluid change along with right side axle seal done earlier this summer
I rebuilt the headlight motors with stronger bushings, so they should last quite awhile, they work great
New fog lights
Repainted front bumper(not exact same color but close)
When it's running, it runs very well
Earlier this summer, drove it to Chicago and back in a weekend, put over 1000 miles on it. So it's totally capable of long highway drives
New rear sway bar links
Has the WS6 suspension
The front end is all tight
A lot of new interior parts
Well cared for
Beautiful paint
New MAF
Trans is new. less than 40k miles

Bad:
Oil leak in the rear of the engine. Engine rebuild didn't fix this problem, but didn't notice any damage to pan or block.
Some spots of rust on the body, and rust on the frame and underneath. Small hole in drivers side floorboard
Bumper paint doesn't match rest of car
Electrical issue(hopefully soon to be fixed)
Questionable wiring
Door popper actuators seem to be getting weak
Power seats work, but the side bolsters and lumbar don't stay inflated
Ebrake isn't hooked up
Steering tilt mechanism loose. There is a write up on how to fix

Mods:
180* tstat
Shift kit
3in exhaust with magnaflow muffler
Edelbrock headers
A.I.R. and pump delete
CAI
25% window tint
Shaved doors

Don't need to get rid of this right away, but i'm just kicking around the idea. I'd also be interested in a trade for a 98-02 WS6 T/A M6 or 04-06 GTO M6.
