LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

The car will do what you want it to do ...... No problem at the track the big money has been spent... You just have to be able to drive it. Wheel hop kills c5s. I think I may just keep the car tho .... All I'm getting is dreamers who have no way to buy such a car.

What would this car need to be able to take it to a drag strip and put some slicks on it?

Sounds like the tranny could handle it, but the transaxle? Would you have to spend big $$ to make it strong enough?

I'm in the market for a C5z, but want something I can have some fun with at the dragstrip...
have RPM build you a rear.

It could probably do drag radials right now and be crazy fast but full slicks might be a bit much with that power level.

like i had stated before i will most likely keep the car, been talking to rpm a little about doing an auto i like an auto myself.... built 4l60 is good to 750 wheel. Maybe a set of L5 rear fenders for fun... i think the car will be real fast at the track. I have never had the car at the track its to nice for a cage. Track rental is how i would do it.... lets see a few nice trades one more time.... I'm just looking for something as nice or nicer with a little cash to boot. this is the last time i will ask. Thanks to all who took the time to look and happy new year !

LOL .... What's up man ....how's you fam ....I'm not going to give it away I still love it. This car is by far the best built car I have had... So finding an equal trade is not going to be easy... It's not going away anytime soon. I hope all is well .. Let me come back down and get that truck soon.

What are you looking for in a trade?

I can part with a MKV R32 if you like auto and awd. KBB has it at around 26K and we could easily work out the gap if that is something you might be interested in.

No problem ..... I was told that the install with parts would be around ten thousand for the complete auto conversion a-z ...... I did not price the rear only .... But if I had to guess 2-3 k
