You do realize under that plastic hardtop cover there is the same t-top bar that they all have right?? they are really not that much more structurally rigid. Most people dont realize this.

Just an FYI, just bought an 01 B4C 150k mile body, 78k mile on motor hardtop for 5200. A4 but doesnt justify the 3300 dollar difference. Hope you enjoy driving the car..
