Gee ThoR294, you sure love this bike... why would you let it go?
Great question. I love the bike and I hate to let it go, but you know, sometimes in your life you get this thing called a "girlfriend" and you have to do things like "move out of your parents house with her." It sure does suck, but you gotta do it. I am also sure as hell not parting with the WS6
Pros for buying this bike:
90HP Dinosaur
Own the saught after bike of the late 80s early 90s
Best 750 cc sport bike award from Cycle World six years in a row!!!
Beating 500hp Cobras...
(youtube vfr750 vs cobra)
v8 sound on a motorcycle
Cons (yeah right):
MURICA COLORS
This bike is amazing. It has small little imperfections on it (some wear on the tank where the seat meets the tank, and a little scuff on the right fairing), but it is ALL ORIGINAL minus the mods. Never been dropped while ridden, the previous owner had it fall in the garage apparently, causing the minor scuff.
Mods:
Jet Kit (unknown brand)
K&N
Aftermarket Rear Shock/Spring
4 into 1 Hindle Stealth exhaust
-1 Front Sprocket
+1 Rear Sprocket
LEDs (2 in fairing, 1 in front fender, 1 in rear fender)
$4000 OBO takes this classic sexy v8 sounding beauty

Sweet old bike man but honestly ( being a bike guy and having owned 5-6 bikes ) your not going to get anywhere near that especially with the mileage..
You have way too much sentimental value in the bike, you might aswell keep it.
A couple of bikes I have previously owned and prices/miles to give you an idea.
03 GSXR 1000 ( 5600 miles ) - 4500$
06 R1 Raven ( 7800 miles ) 5400$
05 Repsol 1k ( 8000 Miles ) 5000$
These were all with clear blue titles in hand ( no stolen crap lol )
So your pricing is a little off... Id say try 2,000 being a bike guy its what id offer on that kind of bike..
Glws man

Thanks. It really is a sweet bike. I am attached to it because I have had nothing but compliments while I ride it. Everyone who knows bikes has something to say about it and it sounds like a v8...
I just threw a price up to get offers. If i put it up for 2 i'd get low balled to hell.
I was hoping to get around 4000 for it (which is close to what I paid for it, and is around the price I see 86 VFR750s go for, even is worse shape/no rare mods)
