Reason for selling: I'm having to part with my sti as I've moved up to Frederick and don't have enough space for it and I am redoing my budget for the future.

Modifications:
-Clear bra installed on front bumper/hood/fenders to prevent from rock chips. This was put on right before i bought it.
-Rally Armor Mud Flaps
-04/05 tail lights
-Kartboy shifter bushings and kartboy droplinks.
-This car has been pretty much 100% stock its entire life. Both the previous owner and myself have only had a catback on it. Its been under warranty and I have a 01 RS that I put my modification money into. It's been babied, not driven hard, autox'd or anything.

Notes:
-Mostly highway miles. I have only really driven this car on weekends to and from my girlfriends house in Frederick. I have a work vehicle for during the week.
-PAINT: Paint is immaculate, it was professionally detailed (clayed/polished/color corrected/etc) before I purchased it and detailing is one of my hobbys so I've kept it up. I use only Adam's Polishes. It has gotten many coats of butter wax and their premium Americana wax.
-INTERIOR: Perfect condition, no rips, stains, anything. Non smoker. It has only been myself in it and my girlfriend in the passenger seat.
-ENGINE: No issues. Absolutely no oil burnage. It was kept up by Annapolis Subaru by the previous owner (receipts were kept). I recently took it to Herb Gordon Subaru and had the drivers side cam seals, oil pan seals and AC tensioner replaced under warranty.

Issues:
-Rear struts are starting to clunk when driven on a lot. Most days I don't even hear them.
-Passengers side rear BBS rim has a little bit of curb rash.
