2002 SOM Camaro. Ive owned and raced this car for almost two years and have had a blast. I have recently decided that I want a vette and have found the one I want. So here is a list of things the car has. Im sure I will leave something out, If I have just ask.

Car is currently number 3 on the stock bottom end Nitrous list with a best of 9.49@141 with a 1.29 60ft. We have recently made some improvements. Ive only had it to the track once since. If someone is serious about buying it, I will be more than happy to take them to the track and show them how she does. I street raced the car alot and it will hook on grass. Engine is a stock bottom end LS1 with ported and milled 853s comp springs, One piece valves, it has a Edelbrock super victor intake with Nitrous Outlet spray bars pilled at 200. It has a bullet camshaft(card to buyer) Underdrive balancer, Hardendend pushrods etc etc. The trans is a bte glide with brake(never used) That was freshend up less than 20 passes ago by Peterson in DFW. Car has a chromoly driveshaft with 1350 joints, Strange 12 bolt complete with strange rear brakes. For suspension, up front it has a BMR k member with stock arms, QA1 adjustables, with QA1 springs. The rear has Spohn TA, BMR lowers, Spohn PH bar, V6 springs, Strange single adj rear shocks, Spohn solid sway bar with spherical ends. It has custom 15/8 chromoly subframe connectors, full chromoly cage 8.50 certified with window net, two kirkey race seats, pass seat on stock sliders, driver seat has madman adjustable bracket, lightweight carpet, B&M carbon shifter, aerospace dual bottle brackets, Billet speciaties wheels powdercoated gloss black rear tires are a 28/10.5W front are 26in M/T Sportsman, VFN Milke Moran hood with Racecraft rails, Tinted windows. Car is a VERY fast grudge/index. Im Sure there is plenty I have left out. Any questions feel free to ask me.

What has been removed for weight reduction? Also how many miles on the motor and did you end up just having to replace the #6 rod and piston? Does it have progressor, window switch etc?

Motor had 60k miles on it. We just put a different crank, rods and pistons in cyl 6&7 since it spun a bearing. Motor was checked and built. It has a NOS launcher controller in it, with built in window switch. As far as weigh reduction, it has kirkeys, no PS, lightweight carpet, and no rear interior panels. Other than that, the car is still all stock. Nothing has been cut on.

 

Seen this car run on the street, If I could afford it id biy it myself, runs like a bat out of hell and is clean as **** to boot.

 

It pulls the tires on the street about thigh high and is a beast! I was with him when it ran 9.49 and he had to pedal it because I wanted to stand on the bumper. Ive got the pass before that where it was a 9.6x getting out before the line. Brett I should kick you in the nuts for selling this thing!
