Mechanically, the car is in excellent condition, runs very strong and fuel efficient!! Fun car to drive, very luxurious. Very low miles for a 2005.
Cosmetically, the front bumper has a small crack (passenger side), driver side door has a 6" scratch (think it was keyed), rear bumper has some scuff marks, the passenger side seat has a small tear on the bottom seat cushion (maybe repairable?), and the wheels have some curb rash (can easily find some cheap OEM AMG wheels off Craigslist if you wanted)
