Former dsm'er, would possibly be interested in a trade, have a black A4 98 Trans Am with a ws6 hood, light bolt on's, <86k miles as of right now but in need of a few things to be 100%. Not sure how much you would call it a project but if you want pm me your number or something I can talk/take a few pictures of what I have/etc to get a better idea to see how interested you'd be.
Or if you don't mind, a bottom dollar price, I'm about 6 hours away and don't want to waste your time or mine lol.

Ehh... The word "project" always scrambles into "Someone elses' headache." for me. It really, REALLY depends on what all is needed. If I need to spend more than an hour wrenching on it for it to run, then I'm really not too interested. I used to be all about picking up items like that but after 10 years of it you figure out it's -typically- more of a headache than it's worth.
I'll shoot you a PM, though.

Not sure if you are still on or not but since it's late I'll just reply here lol, I'm currently driving it. Just a few cosmetic issues, it's gonna rain here tomorrow but I'll get a few decent pictures asap and we'll swap info.

Ah yeah, I usually can't fall asleep until around 4am. I shot you a PM. Don't worry about shooting me a text at absolutely any hour and I'll respond when I can.
If it's a running and driving car, then disregard the project bit.
"Project" to me comes from the DSM world which translates into - "It needs the head installed, new rod bearings, and a new rear end. Should be good to go then! "
If you've ever been a part of that community you know EXACTLY how it goes. lmao.

Not entirely, but considering the platform I'm looking to get into and how hard it seems to be to find one in nice condition even around my posted asking price - I'm not looking to stray too awful far from it.

Just got rid of my 97 gsx and switched to a 2001 ss this spring. Miss the power of that little 4g63 on 24psi and e85, really hoping some more bolt ons bring this thing up on power lol. So far boring compared to the gsx. Think whoever gets your car and adds a few things mentioned will be very happy. Good luck!
