Alright, I've got a ton of PMs asking about prices if I were to part it out. I have actually put together a spreadsheet of all the mods with a very reasonable asking price that I have no doubt these items would sell for. Just to give you guys an idea, there is about $21,000 worth of mods easily liquidable off this car, and thats not even including the car itself! Look for yourself, I've attached the spreadsheet here. Totally justifies the $23k asking price.
For the record, IF I do part it out, there are some items already spoken for...

Interested in a procharged 1972 Z28 street machine. Pretty much along same lines as your car power wise. About 50 miles on brand new setup. Can't put any cash on top being I'd be asking same price for my car.

I get a lot of PMs asking about trades. Primarily, I'd be interested in a 2001-2002 Trans Am- firehawk or WS6 preferred but TAs considered. Also would be interested in a 2nd gen TA with LS swap. If you have something else interesting, don't hesitate to ask- worst I can say is no thanks... Only car I'd consider giving cash on top of my car would be a Land Rover Evoque. Thanks for the interest so far guys. Hopefully someone comes along with the right offer soon. I do have a line of people right now waiting for parts, so if nothing comes up soon, I will be contacting you all within a couple weeks once parts are available for shipment.

Welp, I guess the car is still for sale. The guy is completely ignoring me now. So I am lowering my price to $21,500 as of now for everything. This was the offer I accepted about 3 days ago, but have not heard back from the guy since then. This price is good for this week only. After that, it is part out time!

Welp, the car will officially have a new owner soon. The part out has ceased and Tyra has been given a second change at life as an FI car. The F1 had sold, but a bigger unit will be replacing it as it transitions to the new owner. Thanks for all the interest everyone. I'm glad that this car will be going to the new owner it is going to. She will finally get the finishing touches she deserves.
