The car was actually Red from the factory. The car has been in Wisconsin it's entire life, I purchased it from the 2nd owner (that I'm aware of) he bought the car at around 20k miles in in 2008. He had the car painted after he bought it. I don't know why the engine bay was painted a satin black, and not blue to match the rest of the car, maybe to save $$ (black is a lot cheaper paint than Indigo blue Met.) The door jambs, trunk jambs and everything else is is painted to match the car, so no worries there!
As for trades, I'm not really looking for a trade, more just to have one less car, I have two F-bodies, a street / strip Trans Am, and this Firehawk, I decided that this one has to go.
If I were to trade anything, it would have to be something SUPER nice, of equal-ish value, and/or a bunch of CASH on top, to make it really worth my time, no sense in my mind, trading one F-body for another, even up.
thx guys

Indigo blue
It actually was indigo blue, I had a touch up bottle of the paint from the guy who had it painted, and talked to him about it. It was very similar to NBM, I actually liked it better than NBM. The car sold a long time ago, the guy was super excited about the car, and sent me photos of it about a year later. He had a really cool custom sound system done that has the Firehawk logo embossed on the sub box. Also had the windows tinted.. Man I miss that car, shoulda kept it another 15 years, would have probably made bank on it!!
