On to the Jeep, it's a 2000 TJ with factory 2.5l motor. The transmission is the stock ax5, after the trans is the dnd doubler. The doubler contains a 231 front half with a teralow 4to1 and is then connected to a flipped Dana 300 with a&a 32 spline rear output. Low range gear choices are 4.1 in the doubler 2.62 in the Dana 300. I typically leave the Dana 300 in low and switch the doubler on when I get to an obstacle. When in double low range the craw ratio is around 195 which is slow enough to crawl up anything.
Suspension - front is spring over axle with stock lift yj springs and poly performance BBC shocks.
Rear is a 4 linked with antirock and with poly performance BBC shocks that are notched in to the frame.
The wheel base is stretched to 102".
All hemi joints are ruff stuff cryo treated and are tight.
All links are made with 1/4" wall Dom tubing
With the leafs up front and the links on the back the truck flexs really well but is very stable and predictable.
Axles
Front is a tj rubicon 44 with rcvs and 4.56 gears. The locker is a rear rubicon diff so it's a limited slip when UN locked and at the push of a button is fully locked. The passenger side knuckle is a teraflex high steer knuckle.
Rear axle is a tj 44 with Detroit locker and 4.56 gears.
