not running, need some stuff finished. pretty much all parts needed are included. car is rust free but paint need refresh. has expired 7.5 cert, will cert 8.5 with new belts and net . has full interrior minus back seat, electric window. fiberglass 3" hood, rest is all steel. fab work is 90% done, stainless hot side, alum cold side. car is in qc,canada. all is there for a low 9' street car, just need some works and tlc. (ecu wiring, plug all hoses, install cam set, clean breaks...)
