Free bump.

For the people scoffing at the build price.
Take a look at the swap and interior - how nicely everythine was done to retain a factory look.
Remember this car was built in 2005. I'm assuming it might of been a shell if you go off the parts list. So many things add up since it looks like they literally bought every new nut/bolt to even the AC system parts.

That's another value you're getting here is that it looks like most everything even down to hardware around the drivetrain is new and you'll be less likely to fight the wear/tear/corrosion of typical rust belt parts - especially rare in a third gen.

LS1's/T56's were still even more gold in 2005 than they are today. Factor all that in with labor with all the new parts - 15k doesn't sound crazy to me for a full swap done by a shop.

That said, I've been considering this. It's a ways away but it's what I really would like to do myself and would be a great starting base to further modify.
