This car has spent time at Virginia International Raceway and Summit Point in non-competition HPDEs, plus an occasional autocross. It has never overheated. It has not been drag raced. It has been honed over time to significantly improve handling performance. No hack work. About $12K invested.
Chassis/Suspension: BMR boxed & welded sub-frame connectors; LG Motorsports shock tower brace & rod/poly lower control arms; UMI double-adjustable panhard bar & adjustable torque arm; Hellwig 3-pt adjustable rear sway bar; 4-pt roll bar with harness bar by Blaine Fabrication is custom fit and provides an unobstructed rear view (rear seats are removed); ProStop Performance Porsche "Big Red" front brake kit & extra rotor set; Severn rotor ducts; Strano custom springs with Koni SA shocks; subframe slotted for additional negative camber.
Drivetrain: Torsen T2R Racemaster differential (~4:1 bias ratio); MAC gear girdle; American Racing Headers & catted Y; Pro 5.0 shifter; Direct Flo lid; mass air flow translator; polished throttle body; SLP manual hi/lo fan switch (installed beneath lighter); Lingenfelter 180F thermostat; underdrive pulley; A-pillar dual gauge pod for water & oil temps (with memory)
Included (off-car OEM items): Ultra Bilstein shocks and springs (~45K miles); shifter & boot; front calipers & brackets; rear sway bar & links; A.I.R. system (removed when headers went in; can be reinstalled; requires header tap).
Included track-related items (off car): four 17x11 +50 offset OE Concept ZR1 wheels & four used 315/35 R17 Kumho V710 tires (they've got at least one more weekend in them); Kirkey 47300 intermediate race seat, 15" hip width (driver only); modified radiator air dam with cooling ducts to mate with rotor ducts.
Included: assorted Hawk HT10 & HP Plus brake pads for the track; one newer full set.
Other goodies: grippy pedal covers; Hidden Hitch with removable receiver to tow tires; 3-volume shop manual
Blemishes: wear through spot on OEM driver seat leather; chip in hood (filled in); a couple other minor mars.
