98 SS 6spd, 99k - Loudmouth w/ quad port exhaust
SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Red with tan leather interior, original head unit, original 12 disk changer.
Has a lid, loudmouth with quad port exhaust (looks cool, see pic), amp in trunk w/ dual voice coil woofer in a box. door speakers are Polk, I believe, and rear quarter speakers are Kenwood. Otherwise stock.
Have original exhaust to put back to stock if you want it.
Small Issues Dept:
Driver seat does have some rips in seat bottom. Not terrible though and is repairable. I have sheep skin covers ont he front seats. There is a door ding on each rear quarter. The convertible top is in good condition as the car has been garaged. The hard cover you use when the top down, however, needs fixing. The inner core has separated form the hard plastic cover shell. Fine as-is for everyday use, but I would not sit someone on it for parade duty w/o re-gluing together.
Otherwise, car is in great shape. Motor runs strong. Clutch and slave has maybe 10k on it. New ignition, PCM, and BCM.
As far as I know, garaged its whole life - I've had it garaged five years (and garaged at work) and the guy I bought it from had it garaged at home. Paint looks bright.
I have never taken it to the track and it is not driven in snow/salt. The 97 escort wagon is for that...
The car get's attention - either visually, audibly, or both
;-)
Pretty car.
$7250 obo in Richmond, Va - Also listed by other means.
Picture Disclosure Time: I've used the same pictures as when I bought the car as it is essentially unchanged. I can snap and email new ones for folks that are truly interested.
I do not have the headlight/taillight covers on the car as I did not like the look, but you can have them with the car if you like them.

am I correct in assuming that the car only has ground effects on the rear of the car? never seen that before, but it appears to be that way, thats why I ask...assuming you still have it?

The effects are to wrap around the quad port exhaust at the rear.
